Nutrigenomics
Food| Genes| Practice
Nutrigenomics is the study of how your genes interact with food, stress, and your environment — helping us understand why one-size-fits-all advice often fails. Some people thrive on high-fat diets, early workouts, or fasting. Others don’t. Your DNA helps explain why.
I use nutrigenomics as a tool, not a rulebook. Together, we explore how your genes may influence:
-
Nutrient processing (e.g. B vitamins, fats, caffeine)
-
Metabolism and energy production
-
Stress and sleep regulation
-
Hormone balance and detoxification
-
Histamine sensitivity and inflammatory response
My goal is to turn your genetic data into practical daily choices — not just to optimise, but to truly understand what supports you.

The Metabolic & longevity Insight Report
Support fat metabolism, energy balance, and long-term vitality
If your energy, weight, or response to food isn’t what it used to be, this is the panel to start with. It explores how your body handles fuel — how you burn fat and sugar, regulate appetite, and generate energy at the cellular level.
It also includes insights into longevity-related genes, helping you understand how your metabolism, mitochondria, and daily habits may influence long-term vitality.
Perfect For:
-
Energy crashes, fatigue, or brain fog
-
Stubborn weight or fat loss resistance
-
Sugar cravings or blood sugar instability
-
Wanting to age well and stay metabolically resilient
What We Explore:
-
Blood sugar and insulin regulation
-
Fat and carbohydrate metabolism
-
Appetite signalling

Longevity and metabolic flexibility
Get clear, actionable guidance rooted in your genetics — so you can fuel your body in a way that works for you.

The Resilience & Recovery Report
Rewire how your body responds to stress, sleep, and overwhelm
When your nervous system is out of sync, you might feel wired but tired, anxious, or stuck in reactive patterns. This report helps you understand how your brain and body are wired to handle stress — and how to support your system for deeper sleep, emotional stability, and long-term resilience.
We explore how your genes influence neurotransmitters like serotonin and dopamine, your stress hormones (cortisol, adrenaline), and calming signals like GABA and endocannabinoids — then give you practical ways to restore balance.
Perfect For:
-
Feeling burnt out, overwhelmed, or emotionally frayed
-
Poor sleep or trouble winding down
-
Low mood, anxious tension, or emotional reactivity
-
Cravings for sugar, alcohol, or snacks tied to stress
-
Feeling stuck in “survival mode”
What we explore:
-
Serotonin, dopamine & GABA balance
-
Cortisol rhythm and adrenaline response
-
Inflammation and stress reactivity
-
Endocannabinoid tone
-
Nutritional strategies for mood, calm, and resilience
This is nervous system support that goes deeper than “just stress” — and starts with your genetics.

The Detox & inflammation report
Support your body’s ability to process toxins, hormones, and environmental stressors.
If you feel puffy, inflamed, or reactive to foods, alcohol, or supplements, your detox pathways might be under pressure. This panel explores how your body handles internal and external toxins, including hormones, medications, alcohol, and pollution.
We look at how your genes influence the three phases of liver detoxification (Phase I, II, and III), as well as glutathione activity and sulphur processing. You’ll receive personalised support for clearing waste, reducing inflammation, and feeling lighter — without harsh cleanses.
Perfect for:
-
Sluggish digestion, bloating, or inconsistent energy
-
Skin flare-ups, headaches, or chemical sensitivity
-
Fatigue or brain fog with no clear root cause
-
Sensitivity to alcohol, caffeine, or supplements
-
Feeling puffy, reactive, or generally “toxic"
What we explore:
-
Phase I, II, and III liver detox pathways
-
Glutathione and sulphur gene activity
-
Hormone, medication, and alcohol metabolism
-
Inflammatory load and reactivity markers
-
Food-first strategies to support natural detox
This is a gentle but powerful approach to detox — grounded in your unique genetics and designed to support clarity, balance, and resilience.
